**It is the customers total responsibilty to notify Lawn Nation and/or California Sod if there are any problems getting a large delivery truck to their location. If the delivery truck cannot access the customers location to deliver the sod, Lawn Nation and/or California Sod will only act as a median of information between our partners/growers/supplier to seek resolution. The partner/grower/supplier can offer a resolution to the customer if they desire. In no way does the non delivery of goods, because of no safe access with the delivery truck, change the fact that Lawn Nation and/or California Sod is entitled to full payment for the particular undeliverable order.**

**Courtesy calls may not be available from time to time for delivery and/or installation time windows**
**Orders may not be cancelled after 4:00pm two working days prior to the delivery date (Saturday and Sunday not included). **
**Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Lawn Nation and/or California Sod be liable for any damages (including but not limited to loss of anticipated profits) in connection with or arising from all Lawn Nation and/or California Sod products and services, and/or all partners/growers/suppliers products and services, including, but not limited to the furnishing, functioning, use, distribution or marketing of any related item or service provided by Lawn Nation and/or California Sod or Partner/Grower/Supplier.**
**A person with authority must be present at the time of deliver and installation.**
**Lawn Nation and/or Washington Sod and our partner/grower/supplier reserves the right to delay an order.**
**Pictures must be provided for problems related to your sod and/or installation. Once the pictures are reviewed we will determine whether or not we need to involve the partner/grower/supplier which was used for the particular sod order in question. The product is guaranteed by the partner/growers/suppliers we work with only if the problem is directly related to their sod and/or their installation. We are acting only as the median of information**
**When an order is processed with Lawn Nation and/or California Sod the customer accepts and agrees in full to these terms and conditions, our order process, our visitors agreement, and must abide by our sod care guide, or any other sod care guide that is written by a professional and directly related to the particular sod project(s) for the particular order.**

NORTHERN and CENTRAL CA --
**Minimum Order: 200 square feet (or 20 rolls)**
**Average Square Footage Per Pallet: 600 square feet**
**Delivery Charge: Orders of less than 1,000 square feet are assessed a delivery charge of (currently) $55.00.**
**Bobtail Delivery Charge and Scheduling: Should the location of your order(s) necessitate the need for a bobtail, an additional charge of (currently) $75.00 will be applied. Also, please allow extra time for us to schedule a bobtail delivery as the trucks fill up quickly and can be backlogged.**
**Roll Weight: 40—50 pounds**
**Roll Size: Varies from 18” wide and 80” long (10 square feet per roll) to 24” wide and 60” long (10 square feet per roll). Roll size harvested is at the discretion of the grower.**
**Big Rolls (available by request) size: 24” wide by 100’ in length.**
**Sod Installation: Available upon request at an additional charge. Installation must meet our current minimum charge.**
**Delivery Days: Monday through Saturday (excluding certain holidays)**

Southern CA --
**Minimum Order: 500 square feet (or 100 rolls)**
**Average Square Footage Per Pallet: 500 square feet**
**Delivery Charge: Orders of less than 1,000 square feet are assessed a delivery charge of (currently) $55.00.**
**Roll Weight: 25—30 pounds**
**Roll Size: Varies from 15” wide and 48” long (5 square feet per roll). Roll size harvested is at the discretion of the grower.**
**Big Rolls (available by request) size: Please request more information on availability.**
**Delivery Days: Monday through Sunday (excluding certain holidays)**

Installation Terms and Guidelines--
Ground must be sod ready.
• Raked
• Sprinklers clearly marked
• Free from any large dirt clods, rocks, etc.
• Ground needs to have been lightly watered prior to crew’s arrival.
Someone with authority must be present during the installation.
The sod must be watered immediately following the installation.
Any special circumstances must be given to Lawn Nation and/or California Sod at the time the order is placed.

• Patchwork
• Backyards
• Stairs
• Wheel barrowing
• Special placement of sod which would require a pallet jack
• Please note if installers and truck drivers are unable to move freely (narrow streets and alleys, crossing of ground covered areas, etc.)
So you will know what we consider a job well done by our installers, the following are their job instructions.
• Cut to fit (when necessary)
• Rolling of sod (always performed unless instructed otherwise)
• Sweep sidewalks
• Timely
• Courteous
• Professional attitude
• Remove pallets
• Haul away installers debris
We must be notified of any jobs subject to “prevailing wages” and/or certified payroll. These projects must be priced on a project-by-project basis (pertains primarily to installation cost).
**We are not responsible for cleanup after others on a job site**
